Don't those special rules mean everything in the formation gets infiltrate? If so even just the Primus and cultists charging turn one can mess up a lot of non dedicated cc units.

Yeah, pretty much. It's quite powerful and even if you don't score turn 1, you're not going to be complaining.
This list combined with Nids will be pretty decent. You can just lock down your opponents army whilst the horde makes it way across the board.

They are their own faction but they may be faction tyranids for allies like how IG and SM are faciont imperial. That bit of the WD rules hasn't been leaked yet.

So, what would be the best way to go about making a Killteam of these guys? I've been out of the 40k loop for a long while, but these guys are really cool and a fun/fluffy thing to play.
I've also got a ton of Genestealers from Space Hulk, so it seems like an easy fit.
