The face on that "girl" looks sunken inwards, her mouth looks like she's recovering from a botched botox injection, and both their noses look like their either recovering from a particularly nasty cold or the bastard offspring of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman.

Which is to say nothing of the general anatomy, shading, and flounder face issues.
