*NEW PLAYTEST ALERT*
*NEW PLAYTEST ALERT*
*NEW PLAYTEST ALERT*

The author of the DESTRUCTION SPHERE handbook for Spheres of Power has elected to release their handbook for open playtesting:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c3LPA0j7qKpLFP2lOr3I9X9VUpH8vOvs17pKmTCj36M/edit?usp=sharing

Known issues:
>Doomblade mechanics
>Elemental Scion: streamlined method for accessing class abilities without spellpoint cost
>Spellcrafting: DCs
>Improved elemental blade feat: interplay with bound energy arsenal trick (too much damage?)
>Bound Energy Arsenal Trick: interplay with improved elemental blade

Please leave comments in the Google document. The author of this playtest is, unfortunately, reluctant to have "4chan in his inbox," so they will not be fielding questions on /pfg/.

That said, it is very much worth noting that the direction the author is taking the Destruction sphere in is "Destruction simply is not that astounding for damage, so it should be used as a versatile battlefield control sphere instead."

I personally find this to be a disagreeable direction, since battlefield control is what half of the other spheres do, and Destruction really should be the iconic sphere for directly dismantling enemies in a variety of ways. ***The author is accepting suggestions on how to allow a Destruction blaster to keep up with a martial's damage without making the blaster strictly superior to the martial, especially in the field of utility.***

Some of you might find the create-your-own-blast-type rules appealing.

Maybe do something stupid like reverse the bonus from INT or something. Like, the more stupid/unwise/badly explained your strategy is, the better it works. Then Orcs have an advantage over everyone since they get a penalty to all mental stats.

Bro, I'm not even shilling, its just Fey get so little shit and this might finally might be a decent source book for them.
Evil Outsiders got like, 3 books in PF, Good Outsiders got a book, in 3.5 Aberrations and undead both got books, on top of the BoVD, Fiend folio and shit like that.

There's never been a decent book on the fey though.
Apparently its going to include rules for a classic Goblin Market type selling system and if you aren't stoked as fuck for mechanics for selling the moons tears to a nymph in return for the sigh of a lost lover then there's something wrong with you.

I like it. Orkz are fucking awful for anything but pure AM SMASH barbarian. My favorite part about scarred witch doctor is that the "nerf" it received just benefits half orcs even more because they get an effective +2 int on top of their potential racial +2, rather than just letting orcs have a nice thing for once.
>>
As far as Path of War classes go, Veiled moon seems like the one that is very iffily written, at least to me. All the ethereal nonsense aside, I have a question about using teleporting maneuvers. For instance, Fading leap says you can teleport twice your move speed which in combat is pretty good, b ut out of combat it seems a bit too strong since you can basically stealth and teleport everywhere every second round.

So, my question is do all those teleport maneuvers work like that out of combat? In Tome of battle for 3.5. there are at least unwritten rules that stuff that as a maneuver that heals you or something has to be done against a threat.
>>
>>44193128
I just restat Orc PCs as +2 STR, +2 Con, Select a -2 to either Int, Wisdom, or Charisma.
>>
>>44192993
Unnecessary, I think. It's as simple as making a note in the archetype's requirements that you must be a full-blooded orc to qualify. Specific rules trump general rules, so I think that sort of work around would be fine. The problem with making it completely unavailable to half-orcs is that now very few people will ever actually use the archetype for PCs.
>>
>>44193014
you know Gareth's planning his own feybook too, right? because that sounds like something that'd excite you
>>
>>44193150
Yes. Why wouldn't they? Short ranged teleport and and stealth maneuvers is no different from someone getting hide in plain sight and maxing stealth.
>>
>>44193150

>So, my question is do all those teleport maneuvers work like that out of combat?

Yes. It's not really that powerful. It's useful but it's not like it negates the need for a stealth roll.

Yes they work out of combat, although most maneuvers require a successful attack roll of some sort in order to initiate them.

There is a veiled moon stance, Stance of the Ether Gate that allows teleportation without the attack roll, with the movement rate of your speed as a move action or twice your speed as a full round action.

As a comparison, Dimension Door is Long Range (400 ft. +40 ft. per level) teleportation as a standard action and Vanishing trick is rounds/level invisibility as a swift action.

What level would a spell that deals level drain, and if you kill the target with the level drain you have a 10% chance of taking 1 point of their highest stat, and keeping it be?

Enervation is 4th
But wish is 9th

And those are the only similar spells I know of.
>>
>>44193177
On the other hand, a "stupid warlord" would work for other classes with mental stat penalties and no mental stat bonuses, so they could be used by any race, Orc would be just the "best".

Its about generations of goblin characters that go on one adventure each. Starts at level 1, but with fast XP track and extra XP for story awards so it will be a level a session practically if not more. After you conclude your adventure and reach around level 4ish, your characters get retired, the setting advances several years and you get to play new characters who start higher level than before and after their adventure will end higher level than before.

Each time you retire you create various "bonuses" for your line, which doesn't have to actually be hereditary, it can also be stuff like apprentices or those chosen by some prophecy you made or whatever. Your next character can get these bonuses like increased attributes, some of your old characters magic items, political power within goblin society etc.

Slay and Steal
[9th?] necromancy {evil as fuck}
V, S, M (5000 GP in Onyx)
Range medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Target one creature
Duration instantaneous
Saving throw: Fortitude negates.
Spell resistance yes.

You must make a ranged touch attack to hit. If you hit, the subject gains 1d4+1 temporary negative levels and these negative levels stack. These levels dissipate after 12 hours exactly and therefore cannot become permanent.

If the target dies to the negative levels given by this spell roll you have a chance to steal one point from the targets highest statistic and add it to your own. This bonus type is Profane, and can stack up to 5 times in a single statistic.

Targets with 4 or less hit dice than you give no chance to steal.

Targets with 3 less or equal hit dice to you have a 1 in 10 chance.

Targets with more hit dice than yourself have a 1 in 5 chance and cannot get more likely.
I'm just making this because my DM let me have the Eldritch Researcher Story feat. And I need to make a 6+ Necro spell.

They have fewer options in the first few levels and delay wildshape. Flight is generally more useful. A bonus against electricity is probably more common than a bonus against fey/plants, although that depends on campaign. Losing venom immunity kinda hurts, but being unaffected by any wind is neat. I'd say it was a sidegrade if it wasn't for the wildshape delay. Slightly worse overall, different specialization, can be better if that specialization is relevant, worse if you run into fey/plants a lot. Flight is awesome, but relatively easy to get by the time you get it free, and some races have it baked in.

Although Shelyn defeated Zonny and stole his awesome glaive by herself, if memory serves, so she could probably defend herself from Lamashtu trying to rape her. I could see Lamashtu faking a soft side enough to mislead Shelyn into giving her a chance, but can't hold Shelyn when she realizes she's been deceived.

I kinda like the idea of their children being taken and raised by Shelyn to be incredibly scary-looking monsters that are actually gentle and good-natured as representatives of inner beauty trumping outer appearances.

How do I become the king of Rusty Dagger Shanktown?

My DM is running a three session campaign, Core only, no 3PP. We're starting at level one and he said we'll get a level every session, so this means the game will end with the players at level 3.

tl;dr how can I be the biggest faggot with such a low power level?

Limited nature bond has fewer options, but if you want to be a dinosaur druid that doesn't matter because you'd want one of those anyway.
Free conditional bonus is free and a bonus.
Totem transformation is cool and possibly worth delayed wild shape, especially if you start at/near sixth level anyway.
Totemic summons is great because it gives you standard action summons and dinosaurs can be decent beatsticks. T-rexes, anklyosaurus, and fliers are good as usual. It replaces a late-game ability that you probably don't care about because it kicks in really late and can be duplicated by a cheap magic item, so that's good.

Delayed wild shape is a downside and the character level penalty would suck if you didn't presumably always want to be a dinosaur anyway.

Bonus feats are nice, but they come in late and only Power Attack is really great out of that list. See if you can use the later bonus feats as retrain fodder, maybe. It replaces poison immunity, which kind of hurts.

Overall, assuming you want to be a big fucking melee druid who turns into dinosaurs, it's great. And given that you asked about a dinosaur archetype that probably is what you wanted. If it's not, then uh, of course the dinosaur stuff isn't great if you don't want dinosaurs.

Pf adept is not tier 4. In 3.5 it was barely in tier 4, carried by the fact that it had the significantly more powerful spellcaster feats from 3.5, a cleric domain, and 3.5's polymorph to keep it relevant in the later levels. It doesn't have the tools to actually contribute in pf.

If pf adept is tier 4, kineticist should be as well, because the latter can actually do better things.
>>
>>44195448
Aasimar Heavens Oracle. Pump charisma, get Noble Scion (War) for Cha to initiative, spam color spray, carry a scythe or other CdG weapon and don't dump Str.

>>44195605

You are correct. I was copy and pasting the baseline class tiers from the original /pfg/ tier list; I suppose the adept deserves a push down to tier 5.
>>
What does this mean?

concentration + 1 round/level

Its a level 4 spell and I have an int mod of 6 and I am level 8
>>
>>44195697
It lasts for as long as you spend a standard action every round to concentrate on it, then for one round per caster level afterward. The second bit would be eight rounds in your case, assuming no CL boosters. Since fights are usually very short and it'll last 8 rounds anyway, it's rarely worth the time to concentrate. Although note that once you stop concentrating you can't just decide to start concentrating again as far as I know.
>>
>>44195697
It means the spell lasts for as long as the character concentrates on it (casting no other spells and I think spending a standard to maintain the spell every turn), and then when you stop concentrating it lasts a number of additional rounds equal to your level.
>>
>>44195656
Yeah, that. Kineticist as tier 5 with major upgrades is how I'd write it, so I otherwise agree with your assessment in there, and would favor it replacing the current tier list pastebin.

>>44195697
It lasts for as long as you concentrate on it (a standard action each round after casting) plus 1 round per caster level (so 8 rounds here).
>>
>>44195621
>>44195552

>Awesome Display (Su): Your phantasmagoric displays accurately model the mysteries of the night sky, dumbfounding all who behold them. >>
>>44195749
>>44195733

So if someone interrupts my concentration, on the round that it continues to persist due to the +1, can I resume concentration and keep it going, or no?
>>
>>44195826
Read the last sentence mate. And it'll keep going for 1 round PER CASTER LEVEL, so eight rounds for you.
>Although note that once you stop concentrating you can't just decide to start concentrating again as far as I know.
>Since fights are usually very short and it'll last 8 rounds anyway, it's rarely worth the time to concentrate

You can't resume concentration, no.
>>
>>44195758

Perhaps it would be best to list down the kineticist according to specific "element"?

Tier 3: Kineticist (Gambler archetype [DSP])
Tier 4: Kineticist (Air or Earth element)
Tier 5: Kineticist (Aether, Fire, Water, Wood, or Void element)

Is this agreeable to everyone?
>>
>>44193235
Yeah, but you do dimension door a few times a day. This you can do every two rounds or so.
>>
>>44195902
Aren't tiers based on shit available to all builds, not just a few? I admit I don't understand kineticist well because I never looked too deeply into that pile of hot garbage, but specific elements would seem to go against that.
>>
>>44195902
Besides Gambler, classing Kinetecist higher than 6 is being overly generous.
>>
>>44196033

Tier 6 is not being able to do anything at all.

The kineticist needs a LOT of fixing, but it can still DO things.
>>
>>44195951

I am trying to be more precise by listing down the "major upgrades" available to each class that can push it up within its tier, or possibly up the tiers themselves.

>>44196033

I am reluctant to place the kineticist (Aether, Fire, Water, Wood, or Void element) in tier 6, because it does bring to bear more combat and noncombat utility than a warrior or an expert could ever hope to achieve. That could at least qualify it for "low power, medium flexibility."

So I found the distinction between daemon and demon to be absurdly pedantic. Instead I decided to call them both demons and then conjecture a reason for using the same name. The ones on Abaddon used the name first and the ones on Abyss were named after their creators. Whenever demonologists were called on to distinguish the two, they lazily labeled those from Abyss as deuces.

So? The in-story logic is when the first fiends rose on Abaddon they called themselves demons. When they incited the abyssal larvae to metamorphose into fiends, they called those demons too. When someone decided calling them both demons was too confusing, they named the second group deuces.

The differences between them are trivial. Both rampage and destroy. Whether they do it for funsies or nihilism is a pedantic distinction.

Hey, /pfg/, I've got a question about Sandpoint. My character is a native, but the DM has ruled I'd be too poor to have a house of my own. It's unlikely I'd be living with family, due to the Black Sheep background trait. So I was wondering, is Titus Scarnetti still rich enough to have his own household guard? I could be living his barracks, but he said he didn't have enough information to make an educated guess as to whether it was a plausible solution or not.

Does anyone else know where we could find some information?

Because at mid to high levels they can do literally anything other classes can do, and wizards do it better. Eventually they get to skullfuck reality so hard that the GM have to either retcon the whole affair or end the campaign.

By virtue of how spellbooks work, given enough time, a wizard can and will learn every spell that exists. Coupled with metamagic feats and class features, this gives the player pretty much unlimited options to deal with any and all situations.

They can do pretty much anything that is relevant to their setting/campaign at their current level, at any level.

>>44197327
What class are you? I have millions of ideas to get free housing. We can make this work.

>>
>>44197371
Sorcerers gain spells at a slower level and learn less of them, but they can use them whenever they want (a wizard needs to plan a little bit ahead of time and pick his spells at the start of the day, barring using feats/etc to switch them around).

If you're savvy with your spell choices, sorcerers are almost as powerful as wizards.
>>
>>44197371
Sorcerers a shit unless the spell selection is good. False Priest can spend his own spell slots to cast from divine scrolls and wands, so he eventually, with gold and time, gets every divine spell AND the full sorcerer array of spells.
>>
>>44197371
No. Wizards get so many spells so quickly, that it's easy for them to have an answer to anything, especially since they can leave specific slots unprepared. Being able to write spells into their books really helps. Base sorcerer has delayed progression and few ways to get more spells. It's why the human FCB is so great. False prophet helps with that, which is why it's T1.

You are still enjoying perfect caster ability score bonuses (+2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Charisma), Small size, construct immunities, and a base +10 hit points from being a construct.
>>
>>44197432
The problem is that +10 doesn't scale well with more HD like a Con bonus does, and it doesn't boost Fortitude saves against things constructs aren't immune to, like disintegrate, like Con does.
>>
>>44197419
When are you really going to be in a situation where False Priest actually makes sense for a player to be? If you're playing on Golarion, you have to be a very specific place to become one and campaigns almost never go there.

The higher in level you rise, the more those construct immunities will matter, because the more you will be exempted from many a dangerous effect.

>>
>>44197830
The feat is ridiculous for two reasons

1) Benefit(s): When you take this feat, select two metamagic feats you do not yet have.

EVEN JUST THIS WOULD BE STUPID FUCKING GOOD.

But then...

2) When casting a spell, you can perform the steps below to spontaneously apply the effects of either or both of these metamagic feats, as well as any other metamagic feats you have, to the spell without expending a higher-level spell slot.

Normally, applying metamagic to a spell increases it according to the metamagic feat.

Let's use Maximize Spell, for example. Maximize Spell means that if you would normally roll dice for something during a spell to determine an effect, just take the max possible roll. This means instead of rolling 10d6 when casting Fireball at level 10, you would just literally do 60 damage with your fireball. The side effect, of course, is that in order to do so, you would need to cast Fireball with a level 6 spell slot instead of a level 3.

THIS feat means you just cast it from a level 3 slot, as long as you're not a retard and can do some prime constant math. Oh, but wait. The feat specifies you get to apply TWO metamagic feats to the spell, for free. Such as twinning the spell, making it last long, etc.

It's literally FUCK YOU I'M A WIZARD - The feat.

I personally feel that even with that (Which is pretty funny and I don't think anybody but the most mathematical would take it then), Sacred Geo is just a counterproductive feat.

It relies on the PLAYER's ability, not the character's. The character might be doing all the calculations and such, but that should be represented by a skill check, like everything else in the game. Instead, the PLAYER effectively has to do the skill check.

This is the critical issue with it.

Not all revolutions are good for those involved, but all revolutions are "chaotic good" in the sense they disturb the stability authority relies on throughout the world. A revolution in one country weakens the power of other countries too, since they begin to fear their own populace.

Just do like any decent summoner mage does, and decide and do math and pre-roll when its everyone else's turns, scribbling down/typing in your results.

When your turn comes around, announce what you do, and what the results of your rolls and calculations are.
>>
>>44198476
I think that I'd make her chaotic neutral and apply heavy doses of an alien morality system. She's the goddess of rebellion and struggle, regardless of who is doing the rebellion. Righteous rebellions, evil rebellions, rebellions based on hate and rage, or misguided fervor... All of them are under her umbrella, and she ditches the group the moment they win and become the reigning party.

>>44198551
If anything, that's the definition of Chaotic Neutral. To expand upon what I said >>44198489, Milani's whole story is that she hates the fact that she's half-elven to the point of claiming that she is purely human despite all evidence to the contrary. She seeks to destabilize various governments, even those that are in position for the well-being of the populous. She is not just against the tyranny of the likes of Asmodeus, but also the stability and rigidness of Abadar. Therefore, she cannot be called good. She should very well be the patron saint of Galt. And I agree with what >>44198614 says.
>>
>>44198545
The six seconds are for the math. You can roll just fine.
>>
>>44198606
That's why I'm asking. If I have to both roll and calculate in six seconds, that won't do. If not, I'd do and I already use the feat exactly like that in the way you described.

All authority is to a certain extent oppressive, even if it does so in the name of protection or guidance or whatever else. Its not unreasonable to take the view any threat to authority is a win for freedom, freedom being a rather CG more than CN concept.

Not to mention, Alchemist discovery like Siege Bomb to really add up the damage.

The 2nd time I rolled a Siege Mage, was again with the Construct Rider alchemist. This time, instead of a Mammoth Tank, I made a Roc Bomber.

Ignoring most of the errata from the Advanced Class Guide
Martial disciples and psionic classes from Dreamscarred Press are allowed
Summoners and Gunslingers are not allowed
Dazing Spell and Sacred Geometry are banned
All divine classes must have a patron deity (Forgotten Realms campaign setting)
A class with a patron, like witch or shaman, might have their patron meet them and make demands
The paladin code changes with their patron god's dogma, and may work with evil characters that worship their diety without atonement spells
If an attempt for Use Magic Device results in a natural 1, use the Critical Fumble Deck
Keep track of spell components. The specific amount isn't usually necessary, but write down that you have it
Worshiping pantheons, dead dieties, and quasi-dieites (Adama) is allowed
No NE or CE
Witchweed uses AD&D rules, and effects psionic users the same as arcane mages

I just bought the DSP psionics book, so I'm probably going to allow it, as well as firearms.

Okay, explain to me how the Bolshevik revolution was good when all it managed to do was kill off a million people in one of the worst resource shortages in history before the leaders of the revolution had to resort to being just as oppressive, if not more so, than the Tzar, and was only able to slightly stymie starvation rates by allowing a few chartered agricultural businesses who, despite being constantly reviled by their masters and consisting of only 10% of the work force provided for 98â„… of the food and resources for the nation.

Eh, sure.
gestalt is where the Siege Mage / Construct Rider shines.

Typically, you can simply just dip Construct Rider alchemist for the free Construct animal companion, plus a couple of useful discoveries.
You can always get the Boon Companion feat to make your companion match your level. OR get the Eldritch Heritage Bloodline that grants the animal companion feature.

Because your animal companion is treated as a construct, as early as 5th level wizard, you can now grab the Craft Construct feat and the Craft Magic Arms and Armor to start modifying your companion. Remember that any weapon (including firearms and siege weapons) installed on your companion is now automatically treated as proficient with them, so that's a good benefit.
Your bigger problem is that your companion cannot load siege weapons, which is why you have two options:
Reach 10th level and you can do it with your mind, OR craft some clockwork servants to be your loading crew.

Remember: You'll want to slap as many weapons on your construct. They CANNNOT use them for TWF or MWF, but having multiple cannons means you can fire them at least every round while the others get loaded. Also, always have at least 1 Ballista to deal with flying enemies.

The Bolshevik revolution did not lead to a successful improvement of life (at least not immediately) but it also did as you say decrease starvation immediately and lead to a government that would consistently improve the quality of life of its people throughout its 80 years in power before giving way to a "modern neoliberal democracy" that everyone loves these days. Yes, brutality and oppression existed in the new system and many mistakes were made, but those were mistakes the world (and whilst it was in power, the communist party) learned from and are now easier to avoid.

The french revolution also lead to a crackpot dictator in power, many revolutions end up that way. It's still the best chance for change and progress even if that change and/or progress is dangerous.

Also the difference between the oppression of the bolsheviks and their many crimes and that of the Tsar is that the Tsar would never have ever stopped. His "reforms" were all lies that were consistently making things worse and harsher. However terrible the bolsheviks were they allowed a greater number of people to be involved in decision making and even under Stalin the people were better off than they had been or would have been under the Tsar.

Also on the nature of stuff bits, with Milani i meant that she already DOES only support good revolutions and with revolution i meant even bad revolutions can inspire good ones and prevent the kind of stagnation that leads to tyrannies becoming stable.

Stability does not come from stagnation you idiot, economic efficacy of the citizenry and a government that is restricted in its reach so that it provides only its most necessary functions while avoiding the formation of bureaucratic offices or providing taxes and subsidies beyond what is feasible. Tyrannies, by thier nature, are not stable in the long run due to the failings of overreaching federal powers, cronyism, and idiots in power who don't value economic and resource equalization for the maximization of the gains from trade.

Revolution and Anarchy, meanwhile, only replace the stationary bandit of the federal powers, who at least have an economic incentive to provide services and security to those it preys on, with instead a roving bandit, who has bone of those incentives and instead has every incentive to take as much as it can and Murder its victims indiscriminately due to both prisoner's dilema and the tragedy of the commons.

Heck, one of the requisite necessities to avoid the tragedy of the commons is the necessity of an organized institution to codify and enforce property rights and insure that those who violate the trust and rules of said rights agreement is punished accordingly in some fashion.
Even is Ostrum Externality economics, which is the closest communism has ever gotten to working, despite the fact that communism failed to take into account the restrictions that Ostrum economics did, knew this!

Also, I would like to ask, what is your degree major. Nearly every STEM degree nowadays requires at least some socioeconomic class credits, and this is all basic intro stuff.

I thought you were just pointing out how a small sector produced most of their agriculture. People were already starving under the Tsar and crop production INCREASED under the bolsheviks to the point they did not have enough silos to hold the crops. The majority of people who died during these times died from diseases sweeping europe and killing people everywhere (especially germany) because penicillin hadn't been invented yet.

Stability doesn't come from stagnation, stability in inherently oppressive environments comes from stagnation as the people become used to the oppression. People born into tyrannies are less pissed off about it than people enslaved recently.

How does that imply anything about Shelyn? It doesn't even specifically refer to her, since you can pick any deity. Is this the version of the trait you'd find on the PFSRD, where it's been stripped of setting-specific references?
>>
>>44199956
>How does that imply anything about Shelyn?

I think the implication is you can pick any deity to be your potential dad/mom, and the top three crusading gods in the Worldwound are Desna, Iomedae and Shelyn.

Nope. I play the squishy Wizard in the party.

Then you can just kill his PC, I guess. Yes, I know, PvP and all, but I wouldn't be bothered I saw that shit happen to some fag taking Geometry.

If you had to roll for stats, what system do you think is the best?
>>
>>44199971
I still don't really think it implies a blood relation to the chosen deity, though. I mean, I see how someone could read it that way if they wanted to, but evaluated in a void I see a lot of other things it could mean.

That aside though, isn't Shelyn suppose to have never taken a lover herself (despite being the goddess of love)?
>>
>>44200069
If you're rolling for stats, nothing less than 4d6 reroll 1s/2s, drop the lowest and keep the highest 3, roll 7 sets and drop the lowest of the 7.

Anything else is asking for RNG to rape your players and render your campaign unplayable.
>>
>>44199892
>crop production INCREASED under the bolsheviks
This is factually incorrect. In fact production and availability of almost all resources was completely and horribly mismanaged, so much that the Soviets has to spend of thier GDP buying and extorting resources from the satellite nations while return near pittance. And meanwhile the top dogs ended up leaching and hogging the resources just as badly as the Tzar

"3d6 and fuck you you're stuck with it"
No assigning stats, just do them in order
After deciding race and class

Fnar fnar

Realistically, 4d6 drop lowest, reroll 1s and 2s, 7 sets, drop lowest

I like high powered games.

I just heard about 2d6+6 which sounded pretty simple, but yea that's definitely a solid one, though quite involved.

I am fine with both of those. They're filled with fantasy characters.

Just not a generic touhou maid, or a generic touhou face.

I gave a pretty thorough list last time, but sure I'll sum up.

>Min Skill value 2/5*lv & Max Skill ranks 3/5*lv. Count both for Prereqs.
>Background skills & Knowledges, by Int
>Active Skills by Wis
>*Half Skill ranks per level IE 1/2/3/4+Half [Int/Wis]
>Condensed Skill List.
>WBL as part of character advancement via CAPs.
>Start at L4.
>GM arbitrates which errata stands, and which does not.
>No gunslingers or guns by default, If/When they are included they follow completely different rules than Paizo guns.
>Races and Classes available will vary by campaign, you can't just *Assume* "Dwarven Fighter" will be an available option.
>Heavy leaning toward T2/3 games, with me more likely to include T1 content than T4 content.
>NPCs & Monsters are not made using the normals subsystems but are made pretty fast and loose based on benchmarks.
>XP Granted more like in Shadowrun.

Next on the to-do list: A subsystem for measuring/using/statting up contacts/allies. Will look into the FC rules for contacts & reputation, may end up basing it on them, or on Shadowrun's rules for the same.

Would it matter? Whether I'm a professor, a dropout or never even attempted higher education?
Would you honestly change your opinion of what I'm saying if i fit your definition of an expert? Its better to just talk about Pathfinder.

I never said stability comes from stagnation, i said prevents the kind of stagnation that leads to tyrannies becoming stable. Just scroll up and read my post, you've been trying to put words in my mouth and i don't know why because I've made the distinction clear from the first post.

Why exactly are we using pastebins for all of this stuff, rather than something like a google doc that someone actively maintains?

I can see a pastebin that links to the different documents, and update the index from time to time, but why are so many of the actual documents written up in pastebin as though that's a good format?
>>
>>44200069
You roll 25d1 and distribute the result among stats, starting at 10, with progressively increasing costs.
>>
>>44200022
>>44200057
No, see the problem there is that killing things usually just means they're a couple thousand GP from being brought back, unless you're a high level Grey Gardener. What you need to do is permanently seal them away. Temporal Stasis is a good one for that, just freeze them in time and dump them in a demiplane for that purpose. By the time they get out you're not going to give a fuck because you've been dead for centuries, so let someone else deal with it.
>>
>>44200090
Throughout the course of WotR (I think it's in book 3?), there's a specific plot hook for each campaign trait that further fleshes out the backstory for that character, which also counts as one of their mythic trials. The one for that trait is that you discover that you're the child of your chosen deity.
