I'm itching to play another Evo-game, but I've been playing a lot of ARK lately so I wanted to put a little spin on it. You guys know the drill.

How to play:
• Open an image of a species in MS Paint, or your editor of choice
• Make one evolutionary change to that species
• Save as .PNG!
• Post your new species in the thread with a description of what evolution you've added and why.
• Adding approximate size or names is optional, but would be appreciated.

Notes:
• Unless stated explicitly, no species ever goes extinct. Old species can still evolve, even if they're not on the latest "chain"
• Try to make your evolutions gradual and realistic
• About every 12-24 hours I'll be rolling for a Random World Event.
• Have fun

Random event:
•1-20, Global warming, increased global temperatures
•21-40, Global cooling, decreased global temperatures
•41-60, Population boom, plants or animals flourish
•61-80, Mass extinction, plants or animals roll to survive
•81-99, Super mass extinction, everything rolls to survive
•100, Total global extinction. /Thread

The Setting:
The planet is most similar to Earth during the late Cretaceous Period. A recent cataclysmic cosmic event has left most of the planet barren and devoid of life. Solar radiation bombarded the planet, irradiating the seas and destroying almost all of the plant and animal life in and the water and on dry land. More than 99.9% of all the water on the planet had become uninhabitable and undrinkable for thousands and thousand of years to come (24 hour real time.) What little safe water there is has become extremely precious. Only six unique species survived the cataclysmic event: a small moss-like organism, a large fern-like organism, and four similar reptile-like organisms from the same order.

The one from the weekend and week start only lasted 1-2 days.
Hope i can help that this thread stays a bit longer.

Thought more of decomposing radiation, since water is a rather safe zone for plants.
So these Cruds bind it in waste kernels. Maybe its not so radioactive as before, but animals still have it hard not to get radioactive poisoning.
