Most detailed? You can see muscle-tone on Kingdom Death resin's. But if you want details, you're probably going to see it on busts.

Forgeworld I'd say. Inquisitor Hector Rex is one of the most detailed models I've ever painted.

How do you define detail? There's T gauge in model train land - it's "only" 1:450, but 1:450 trains that will drive around a track and light up and shit are pretty impressive.

Looking at wargaming & roleplaying miniatures is the wrong way to go for detail. You want the scale modelling crowd. Or the expensive gunpla.

Pegaso for larger historical.
Young Minature for detailed busts.
Infamy for cogs.
Gamezone for fantasy.
A range of good historical.
Batman for some of the nicest minatures
