"The force" is billions of microscopic organisms that are in symbiosis with a host organism, giving them super powers.

"Chaos" is a primordial force akin to the laws of physics, but with cheatcodes and everything touched by chaos eventually mutates into an instable mass of cells that constantly collapses and regrows in on itself unless you can muster the willpower to maintain a stable form.

Essentially, combining midichlorians with chaos means you're essentially creating a fleshshaping chaos virus that makes you superawesome for 14 seconds, then makes you a walking tumour for the rest of your ever agonising life.
