Benefits and drawbacks of each selections
Make it up. IMAGINATION no limits to what you come up with as long as it's reasonable. Gud if you are creative, or want the rp to start soon, or want a level playing field, bad if you arent, and resort to Poo posting magical ninja squads
Stats. Good if you want a basis in hard stats, or are a big guy nation, or just want to customize your army. Bad in that some nations have literally no money to spend, (broomdesc) some nations have literally no army as well. Also, might delay rp by a week as everyone digs up historical prices for every single mauser. Might end up as cheesing, since for the sake of time, convenience and sanity, actual manufacturing capabilities and resource availavle will be discounted, allowing a nation to potentially field nothing but just a fleet of dreadnaughts.
Cyoa: best of both worlds imo, but only If we just use it to start rp, trade after will not be affected, nor will population and economic strength. will be fair and easy to use, allowing second fastest start to rp behind makin it up yourself. Big guy nations can still play majors by getting maybe more points

I never thought memorizing areas of land when I can usually look at a normal map or use the internet to find it, so I pretty much forgot most of that stuff over time.

I could've probably used the internet to find what the area was called, but it said to list the provinces, which I thought meant each individual province for a bit, which confused me.

I was bored. Feel free to comment.

It costs 5 points to increase a general stat and all its specializations, and 2 points to increase a specialization alone.
Going under 0 for a general stats gives 3 points per negative level, going under 0 for a specialization refunds 1 point per negative level.

You start with 18 points.
Every 10 millions RP pop gives an extra point.

When dealing with a nation half their size or below, nations gain +1. When dealing with a nation a fourth their size or below, nations gain +2. When dealing with a nation an eighth their size or below, nations gain +3, etc.

If the two interacting nations are led by asshats and they can't decide who wins and who loses on their own, a simple opposed d6 roll with modifiers can be used to solve the problem, with the biggest roll+modifiers winning. Draws are either accepted as draws or rolled again.
