Okay, So we've got a Feudal Lord, Colonel in this Cavalry of Grox-Riders. He plays by his own rules and considers himself "one of the men".

Minor quibble with snipers /rough rider. They both provide a Main Weapon. You can only hace one main weapon in a guardsman's standard issue kit.

Well the easiest way to fic it is to give th regiment the omitted Cavalry mounts equipment doctrine (Cost 5), and think of a different regiment type.
