Secretly ebil character seems a little snowflakey, secretly the incarnation of an elder evil even more so, regardless, it actually seems like a possibly cool thing if done correctly, I like the idea of them physically deforming as they fight. Just try to avoid the sort of "let me unleash my TRUE form" which might come of that.

In this setting, there are others who have a monster or such of evil alignment that reincarnates with the host's soul and can't be removed by gods.

Similarly, there are people who become more monstrous through mutations and can suppress those.

There are also barbarians with quite potent rage.

On top of all that, this campaign is predicted to give special bonuses to characters as it progresses.

The elder evil thing is not exactly a proper one, but in a character that is a barbarian and holds a thing in his soul that is cause of his mutations and such, along with his power, was enough to talk it over with my GM that it is like... A spark of an elder evil. It CAN mature into one but it can also lose its progress if the host dies. It's basically like seed of evil.

Mind you, the character isn't exactly GOOD. He is like a mix between Hichigo/Shirosaki and Zaraki Kenpachi

Avenger from F/HA has a similar fighting style.

Also, usage of weapons of any kind by the thing in question is welcome, even if natural ones(fists, claws, etc. try to avoid the typical all-tentacles horrors)
