Why make a thread for a single documentary when there's an ACTIVE DOCUMENTARY THREAD RIGHT NOW
>>738782
There is? I dun goofd. Didn't see it.
>>738783
Not that guy but who cares. Thanks man.
Honestly didn't like it that much, at least not as much as going clear. Why did they have to have actors try to recreate Miscavage? Like who gives a fuck?
>>738786
>Not that guy but who cares. Thanks man.
The rest of the board cares. Because of this thread dedicated to a single torrent another thread dedicated to an entire genre or subject just died. A thread full of content gets pushed off the board for a thread containing a single torrent which could have been posted in a General thread.
Do you understand?
>>738850
Not any of the above guys, but why not make this a thread dedicated to Louis Theroux then.
>>738850
>The rest of the board cares
citation needed.
>>738880
I would very much like that.
>my scientology movie
for a second I thought about how funny it would be if louis browsed 4chan, and more specifically /t/. Then I realised it was the full name of the documentary.
OP here. I stopped seeding it since it seemed no one else was d/l it & there are other seeders. But if you want me to seed again because no one else is, just post here stating so.
>>739582
Yes. That would be funny.
oh yay, another preaching to chior film, I hate these sort of things, they just exist so people that already knows the things the film is about can circle jerk, they don't enighten anyone, no one that doesn't already know what the film is covering is going to watch it, and it probably just retreds things people have already known for ages now with nothing new to add.

> Because of this thread dedicated to a single torrent another thread dedicated to an entire genre or subject just died. A thread full of content gets pushed off the board
This isn't /b/, threads last literally years here, hell, the language learning resource thread had been going for two years and only needed to be replaced recently.
>>739616
also, I'll add, if you really want to be mad at something, I think the people that post countless threads devoted to single sub sub sub sub genres of JAV would be a better target.
>>738850
A thread full of content nobody gave enough of a fuck about to keep alive gets pushed off. If nobody gives a fuck about this one, it'll eventually slide off too. That's how it works.
>>739617
The only person on /t/ that legit made me mad was that fuck spamming threads for porn games with malware inside them.
>>738782
Fuck off cock nose.
A lot of his stuff is on Netflix (UK) which is great. But if anyone has any of his films which aren't on Netflix I'd be exceptionally grateful.
eg. Jimmy Saville, The Hamiltons, Transgender Kids etc.
>>738780
been waiting for this forever, thanks man
>>738788
cuz it would literally be him interviewing 2 people for a "movie". Then going to a road outside a compound twice
It was also to show the similarity between the actors acting to get the part, and the drama-class style of brainwashing.
The conference room scene worked pretty well i think.

Streams of every Louis docu: https://www.reddit.com/r/Documentaries/comments/1usli6/louis_theroux_mega_thread_all_documentaries_with/
Every last one is better than this shitty scientology movie.

Shit sorry, looks like most of those links are broken now. Haven't used that list in a few months.

The real problem is that, since it's only a documentary film and not a very long one at that, there is very small to no payoff to casting David and fucking Tom Cruise.
If this was a miniseries (there's one being aired right now, I haven't seen it), that dug deeper into Miscavige's persona, then having some scenes acted out would be necessary.
As it is, it's a mediocre documentary.
>>739613
Shut up, David.
