no, it didn't. The Tie wasn't a completed game and didn't count towards the win/loss total for either team as it was rained out in the top of the 9th, they replayed the entire game the following day in a double header as was the league rule at the time, which the Giants won

If it happened today they'd suspend the game and resume it the following day or whenever, but back then the rule was to replay the entire game. There has never been a tie in Major League Baseball.
