Honestly I think the colts offense will be better...ish under Brissett. Brissett may be a young inexperienced backup QB but Tolzien is on a level of suck I've only seen matched by Curtis Painter. The colts will still be dogshit without Luck and Vontae, of course, and probably lose every game, but Brissett can at least memechuck deep balls which has been the one thing the colts are good at the last two seasons

Guy in my league who drafted David Johnson has a terrible team. And I mean TERRIBLE.

10 man half-PPR, he drafted three QBs, Gronk, and two kickers. As a result his current starters are Emmanuel Sanders and Adam Thielen at WR, and Forte/Peterson/Lynch at running backs and flex. I have Demarco Murray and he is desparate for a RB1, and I am sick of streaming QBs. I am considering giving him Murray for Brady and Lynch, how much am I screwing myself in that regard? I'm weak at RB (though nowhere near as weak as he is, Kareem Hunt, CJ Anderson and Jacquizz Rodgers are my next three best RBs), but it's really just QB where I'm terrible. Plus I'd be getting Lynch in return who in my opinion is the only one of his ancient running backs worth a damn. Thoughts?

His roster is by far the worst in the league. Brady, Gronk and Lynch are the only players he's starting who I would start. His starting receivers are Thielen and Sanders, his starting backs other than Lynch are Forte and Peterson. He has two QBs on his bench, otherwise he has David Johnson, Snead, Devante Parker and Eddie Lacy. This is ten-man, mind you.

I really just want to take Brady and/or Gronk off of his hands but I'm worried Gronk will get hurt eventually, and I already have Kyle Rudolph who is a pretty good fantasy TE to begin with.

The Rams defense looked way better than it actually is because Scott Tolzien is a high school level QB at best, and Cousins is still a much better fantasy QB than Smith or Dak (even though I would argue Dak is a better IRL QB but that doesn't really matter). So when it comes to reading the efficacy of certain wide receivers versus enemy defenses, should I be looking primarily at how effective the cornerbacks on the opposing team is? Like if the enemy defense is generally good but they have shitty cornerbacks covering the receivers should I take a chance on a receiver playing a team with otherwise good defense? Or should I just stick with picking the player that is playing against bad defense always? I'm guessing if the teams they're playing against are relatively equal defensively then I should start looking into which specific pieces of the defense are weak?
