AP demanded 18 million (which would by far make him the highest paid RB, and destroy their cap space to sign any other player) from the vikings then jumped ship for 1/6th that amount when they denied him that. He would rather get paid and have the vikings be shit then actually try and build something and be a mentor in the dying years of his career.
