Are you seriously gonna push a general for our league? It's dead in the gutter for sure.

Anyway go Bordeaux (can De Préville actually play against Lille or is there an obscure line on his contract that says otherwise for this season?)

I'm gonna make a general because I care. If you care, you can participate.
It will be interesting how Bielsa team does tonight. LOSC only took 4 points yet, but shows good things

I agree the results argument can be used to criticize Bielsa, but you really have to have no heart nor eyes to think Bielsa's football is not passionate and attractive

He did surprise me with Marseille but given what he has to work with atm there's no way he's gonna pull anything out of this season. A coach can be as good as he wants, if the players are shit the team will be just that.

>>
>>78117513
Well, it's not much to say about it.Never won Liga I , they've been only runner-ups, won the Romanian Cup twice in the 50's and it was replaced by another team named ACS Recas. The dispute is pretty dumb because someone sued the team for their colors (Purple/White) and some other small shit like this and Poli were relegated to Liga II and to save it , our mayor combined it with the newly promoted team and created ACS Poli Timisoara. The fans turned their back to the team because a lot of players departed and basically the team became shit, just like Romanian football.
>>
>>78117747
Oh shit there's the leaf Eugénie Bouchard autist ITT
>>
>>78117763
There also is a fan-driven team, SS Politehnica Timisoara with young talented players which is in Liga II now, they started in Liga IV and with a lot of support they managed to get intro the Romanian 2nd league. Basically, there's two Poli Timisoara teams that are separated, one is fan-driven and the other one is funded by Timisoara's mayor which is a piece of shit btw.

I'm not saying they're not good, I'm saying they're not exciting to watch, as you claimed they were.

Look, Cavani is an amazing player, but pretty boring excitement-wise (except if you count when he fucks up). Same thing for Lacazette. Ben Arfa is an awful player but he's fun to watch, and M'Bappe is both good and exciting. That's all I'm saying. No one in Lyon is actually fun to watch.

All leagues are shit, Neymar steamrolling Las Palmas or Getafe was just as bad (he scored only once yesterday btw). You're just a dumb Frenchman brainwashed into thinking everything foreign is better.

I'm just hoping they can make the CL cut off, and maybe win both le Coup de France and al Ligue if some miracle happens where PSG shit their bed against a random team...twice... for some odd reason.

In the meantime hoping some sort of reform happens across the league to prevent the PSG monster from happening.

I'll be honest: I placed a parlay bet with them today. OL, OM, and over with the Italians Torino winning.

Of course, just like that city and an ex-girlfriend, Marseille is just letting me down.

When was the last time you felt fear when you're team came to the vélodrome?

OM supporters need not apply since the obvious answer would be "tonight".

>>78181425
Well the year has just started, he may come around still.

I'm just afraid that we're going to lose Fekir just like all the other talent that OL develops. Some other league throws in the money from our crops.

This year's a turning point. If the team does well we might begin to keep our talents, since the stadium's generating monies.
If the team plays like crap we won't be able to keep them for a long time.

ikr, when you're at the bottom every point is golden. But 5 defeats in a row could create a toxic dynamic in the team
>>
I've recently started listening to Ligue 1, but don't have a team yet. I highly suspect my mom is a PSG fan, but I don't want to support them. Which team do you suggest?

Live in Montreal and I'm used to the Canadiens being a disappointment every year since 1993. So don't worry about that too much.
