Hello All!
I need your help!
I've been suffering from a really chronic pain in my tricep region in my right arm. It has been just a constant dull pain for the past couple years, so I didn't bother with it and trying to pin-point the pain was not easy. The tricep is always warm and I have had a lack of full range of motion for a while. I have also experienced great weakness in my right arm as well. I don't do too much in overworking it. I am left handed, so I don't really have much cause for this to have happened. I try to stretch the muscle, but I never get a fullness in the stretch like I do with other areas of my body that I stretch. Can someone please tell me what I am experiencing? Because now I am having more pain than usual and my shoulder is starting to feel the damage and I don't know why.
Any and all information on this will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your time!
It's cancer, rip off your arm quickly or just kill yourself.
go to a fucking doctor.
nobody here knows what they're talking about. especially those retards on webmd and the like.
you're just gonna freak yourself when its probably nothing.
I'd check with /fit/, /sp/ is full of fatties that don't work out and foreigners that can't afford doctors.

I hate when stupid fucks like you come into the office
If I could just go to the doctor, I would have already. I don't necessarily have the money to get checked out. I've been trying to follow a stretching schedule here and there, I rest it and ice it and do the obvious stuff you're supposed to do. --All but go to the doctor. I was just trying to get another point of view. Thanks for the help though.

You're just getting old dude. This shit starts to happen in your late 20's.

Also, limited range of motion usually indicates a (likely partial) separation in the shoulder, which would radiate pain down into your arm. Pretty common and a relatively easy fix if that's the case. Go see a chiropractor if you want to save on doctor bills. They'll test it out and take some x-rays. If it is a separation, expect to throw down some money on physical therapy for a few weeks.
