Suggestions, please rate:

1. Completely overthrow the FA. Put competent people in it's place. All problems start here, this is the head of the snake.

I'm 30 and I can safely say that I haven't enjoyed watching England since France 98.

There seems to be an isolation bubble around England; it just feels like it's just an extension of London these days, but paradoxically London is so cosmopolitan now that it doesn't bear much relevance to the locals. I'd like to see us do what Spain do and take the team around the country. I went to a few games when the new Wembley was being built, e.g. Villa Park, Pride Park, OT and the atmosphere there was electric for all three games. The new Wembley feels like a wake in comparison to its predecessor.

The elephant in the room remains playing time for English players in the top league. Having the best of the best will always mean that the local players will be squeezed out of contention. However, no England manager is brave enough to admit this or consider looking to in-form Championship players as they're utter yes-men who pay lip service to the FA.

I played a bit when I was a kid, my dad decided to get me into it because he used to play and I was super tall, I think he thought I was going to end up like 6'10" when I was fully grown and go and play in the NBA. The whole league pyramid needs restructuring. The Premier League needs to be made smaller, the Championship needs to be smaller, the professional leagues need to be expanded, the lower leagues need to be regionalised. My proposed solution is as follows.

The non-league should be further regionalised than it already is.
