Although I haven't heard anything solid, Kemme played the best year of her career and she's been a regular starter under Neid, during the WC and Olympia, she's pretty experienced for her age and a leader. This are all attributes Jones was told for long her line-ups are always missing.
Also kemme can play almost all positions and Germany lacked especially a good striker after Popp had to pass on this tournament. Yet the dyke never took kemme into consideration.

There were some voices who critisized it but they didn't really create much public attention. The thing is that the employment of Jones as a coach dubious in first place.
Nobody could really tell how some mediocre ex-player with no coaching experience at this point would become the successor of Neid. Yet this wasn't publicly questioned by anyone.
On the contrary, there even was a big media shilling going on non-stop.

I also heard her making very obscure statements like saying something like "there is no captain, everyone is the captain on the field". It wouldn't surprise me if with this anti-hierarchic equality crap also comes a "diversity is our strength" attitude. So maybe it isn't really that surprising that Kemme doesn't get along with her.

On the other hand, I am really sceptical that something's gonna change. The elimination from the EC caused similar reactions like the 20th case of mass-enrichment: Everyone is sad, everone is stunned, nobody has an explaination for it and nobody wants to state what's obvious.
