kind of iffy. he could have let it go past at least one knockdown, but i've seen much worse stoppages in boxing. Conor hadn't thrown a punch in like 30+ seconds and was getting hit at will. Watching it live I thought the ref was right to stop it. But seeing the replay Mcgregor was still dodging punches okay so I guess he couldve let it go on. Don't think mcgregor was winning either way. Mayweather was just on a different level. Mcgregor had neither the stamina to outlast him nor the skill to knock him out. His only chance was luck and the element of surprise. The longer the fight went on, the worse he looked.
