I'm not a very big boxing guy, but I didn't know you could just turn and face away anytime your opponent gets a leg up on you and he is forced to stop hitting you. I started watching at round 5 and Mayweather did that at least 5-6 times up until the tko. Seemed like anytime McGregor started throwing good jabs, mayweather would just turn around or grapple to stop him. Is that technically legal?

Drawing out the fight increases floyd's payday and leaving parts of his face intact makes all parties happy. But really, it was not an impressive outing from Conner, Mayweather took his best punches and after 10 rounds looked relatively unscathed and ready to keep going. Ref saved Conner's face for the tv cameras or it would have been a knock out. He has bullied smaller men but he's good at what he does.
