If I am allowed to be positive, just changing the manager would be enough to change the club entirely because Wenger grasps every control of where the club's heading in his hands. The new manager won't be allowed to have influence and control as much as Wenger so he will be monitored solely because of his abilities to manage the team, unlike Wenger who got big history with Arsenal so the board can't do anything to him unless he resigns himself.
