Just because he's old and sucking, doesn't mean he's going to get shelled every game. He's focusing on coaxing fly outs which has been working great for him. But that won't really work at the Resd because it's a hitter friedly stadium where a ball that's in out at any other stadium might float into a Home run here. So he's going to have to rely on his breaking ball and change up in order to get outs.

This stadium and batting line up is a horrible match up for Lackey because he prefers to get fly outs as I said before. He got burned multiple times where it would be an easy catch in other fields. Also it's not like the Reds are a dumpster fire, they have a very good batting line up. It's just their pitching staff is garbage, which is on full display here.
