Pretty sure I read their avg ticket price for a preseason game was $158. It doesn't exactly play to any crowd there at that price point.

Who the fuck living in SoCal is gonna $500 together with another person to watch a pretend game? If they tie these fake games into the season ticket package like most(maybe all?) teams do than the people that bought these tickets don't give a fuck about the games.

NFL is a money sucking scheme that puts little thought into actually packing its stadiums.

Also here's the Steelers-Ravens game on Christmas night like 15 mins before it started. It was more capacitated than that but notice how the cheap seats are very sparse.

This was probably the most important game of the regular season in one of the marquee stadiums. Teams don't give a fuck about ticket revenue because they have to share almost all of it.

You know what they get to keep all of? Luxury suite money, which is why you see owners whine about it so much. Basically huge stadiums get abandoned and blown up and multi billion dollar stadiums get put up so they can have 50 more luxury suites.
