I have already been to Uruguay and I've seen how self critical you guys can be, but just take a look on the other parts of South America, Uruguay is better than most of them.
Only São Paulo, South Brazil, some parts of Argentina and Chile are better, and considering only the Quality of Life, U'regay might be better than all of them.
