i use something like this when cycling. my eyesight is getting to a point where it's best to use prescription glasses when riding, so i bought these cheap sports glasses from ebay with prescription glasses fitted inside, just to try it.

they're alright, but i'm definitely buying some actual proper prescription sports glasses instead, since this double glass solution is a bit awkward. i imagine they'd work for all sports, they stick really well to the face, can always attack those nerdy straps.
