You have to use more of your hips and your core in your swing, you want to get that club nearly parallel to the ground on your backswing. I have the same problem you do, I don't finish my backswing and it cuts 20-30 yards on my drive. But as long as you can make even contact on the ball you have a working swing, it's really a personal thing and each one will be fundamentally different.

You have to twist your body more, the biggest lie in golf is to keep your left arm straight, you actually want to let it bend a little around your back as your hips swing fully to the right on your backswing. Too much head movement number 1. Number 2, a little too much extension on backswing, try stopping once your chin meets your shoulder. Lastly, too much vertical movement. Your hips should be rotating like a swivel, not bouncing up and down. Nice swing rythem though, and good job of rotating the wrists through contact.
