Is excersizing like an autist a sport?

Competition yes, sport no.

Crossfit is retarded but it's like the opposite of autistic. Me walking to the gym to lift with my notebook full of weights and reps is autistic.

Very good post.

Looks like David Gilmore

Crossfit lacks any semblance of autism, that's what makes it suck. There's no planning or careful analysis of what actually works. They just do random silly shit that they think looks cool.

What the fuck is this shit
Who /started lifting this summer here/ ?
>tfw I go the gym everyday but the hard part is not having a drink (or 5) everyday

Yeah the drinking is the real issue. I'm down to 3 nights a week.

Competition? Yes.
Sport? No.
Individual events are not sports, they're competitions. This also includes races. Anything where you can't actively influence the outcome of your opponent is not a sport. It's a competition. Is there offense and defense? No? Then it's not a sport.
That doesn't make it any less demanding or difficult or cool or amazing or that it should not be as celebrated. It's just a definition. People get too caught up with the word "sport" and think that if it's not a "sport" the activity is somehow invalidated.

Ironically the most autistic post here.
