Hi, I'm 23 years old and trying to get my life together. I finally managed to move out from my parents into a big city, and got accepted to university starting next month. But I'm not very healthy, and have no friends.
I read a lot of sports manga and they always get me pumped, i wanna stop reading about others and actually do it myself. I run regularly but don't have other experience with sports.
I have been looking at tabletennis, volleyball, badminton, boxing and BJJ but i just cant decide which to go with. I think i can manage doing 2 of them.
Can you recommend any sports to a newbie, but who likes competition?

Table tennis is good, I suppose. Develop your handeye coordination and it's an activity you can do at home if you invest in a table.

cycling.
i started to cycle around a lot lately and it really helped with my depression. i always plan some trips around the country. Getting a proper road bike next month too.
