You don't 10sec count a fighter who's not on the ground anymore, you use the standing 8 count which I thought wasn't in the unified rules just like the 3 knock down rule.

English and French speaking Canada has a pretty decent media divide. Most people in English speaking Canada don't watch much boxing, while in Quebec it seems decently popular because they have lots of shows.
