The bad guys are:

UEFA-for instituting FFP and keeping the smaller clubs from becoming bigger clubs
The Spanish, French, Italian and German clubs-for not sharing out their TV money fairly
The English PL clubs-for taking all of the TV money and killing lower league football
The EU-for allowing players to move around freely and in doing so killing leagues from smaller nations, also ultimately creating international breaks because top clubs' squads are decimated during international football
The FA-for selling the rights for FA Cup coverage to the BBC so the smaller clubs get less money
BBC, SKY, BT-for not putting the highlights to every game up on YT and for deleting player compilations so the fans don't have a record of all the memorable moments in football
The UK Parliament-for instituting a blackout so fans in England can't see every game and forcing the TV companies to move games around so they can show them on TV and making fans travel at inconvenient times. Also, for using >>96 as an excuse as a pretext to install seats in all ground, means less fans watch the game and ticket prices go up
The fans- for not understanding this, also for screaming about high transfer prices when they implicitly value the players at that level by handing over as much money as they do

Halal are obviously the bad guys but it's irrelevant since they're unstoppable. Barcelona, Buyern and Jewventus are finished. Monaco and PSG aren't strong enough and english clubs are a joke. Not to mention that Halal always "luckily" avoids difficult teams until the semi-finals. I can't see any other team winning the CL.
