He'll get signed. Literally the only reason he hasn't yet is due to media circus that would show up if he did sign, and the fact some owners are blackballing him. If fucking Fitzpatrick and Sanchez can get a job, Kaep's getting signed. He'll probably go to Baltimore or Dolphins, but it's a shame some of these other terrible teams like the Jets didn't pick him up given their clearly terrible qb situations. At the very least he would provide more bang than any other QB available on the market as a backup.
