Zidane

Iniesta is great but he's benefited massively from having two other world class La Masia midfielders alongside him during his peak years. You can't really teach that sort of chemistry. Zidane never had constant midfield partners on that level. Especially not at Real, where he often had to play in a two man midfield with mediocre players after Makelele left.
