He is and he's pretty solid here. Iron lungs, can _run_ for whole 90+ minutes and works good in the formation (at least used to work good, since Legia's defence is kinda shit this season).
The fact he was bad in one league doesn't mean he will be bad in another. Same applies to good players too.
