athletes fucking suck to. A ref probably gets 30%-40% of calls right. Most Strikers can't even hit the fucking target 15% of the time. Compared to the athletes the refs are fucking incredible.

Here in Portugal it is common on the lower leagues (non professional) to offer referees things such as discounts or free meals at local restaurants in exchange for a little favour during a match.
