Otherwise your team is alright. Kane, KDB, Trippier, Cedric, Tadic, and Foster are all good choices. Lacazette may be great, but he's still a bit of a risk. I'm a big fan of Eriksen but Alli scores more goals and everyone has him so he might be the better option right now.

Made a bunch of changes to what I originally had.
I think this is good for the beginning of the season because it spreads around to forwards/midfielders from all the top 6 clubs besides spurs, and leaves 1 mil in the bank for easier transfers when I play the wildcard chip after the beginning of the season settles.

I see where the aversion towards Otamendi comes from, but in my opnion the only better CB Man City have is Kompany. Otamendi would only have to get the nod above John Stones and Mangala (he's much better than the both), and Kompany is usually injured anyways. I can see him being a solid fixture in a tight defense this season. Lots of Clean Sheets. Generally, as a strategy, I like to go for defenders who might not be so great, but are in a great team and start.

I agree, neither are going to set the league on fire. I'm picking Redmond on the basis that he had a decent return last season and hopefully the Saints will be more settled this season. Also, at 6.5 he, like Mirallas, is definitely one of the better midfielders return-wise outside of the ones that are like to set you back 7+ without much difference in net gain (based on last season). It's that combination of price and fixtures which makes him a decent punt at the start of the season as opposed to Mirallas who isn't necessarily getting game time and has shit fixtures.
