How was your rest day ride lads? I climbed some things again. This climb was proper unpleasant, but the descent was a lot of fun. Im really getting the hang of this descending thing now, by the end of the week ill be fast as fuck and probably dead after crashing into a tractor coming the other way.

It could be as low as 30-40 and as high as 2'30. but realisticly it's probably gonna be a 1-1.5 minute. But it's very hard to predict since Uran has been swinging in his results and you have to remember it's in the end of the Tour to people are tired and some are sick and such.
People can both suprise but also get really humbled.

Yes. From what ive seen, womens racing is very exciting because they are much more feisty than men, theres no sky-esque tactics and its really just rider vs rider most of the time. I actually secretly enjoy it a bit more than mens racing. Looking at lady-bums also helps I guess.
