People dont realize the reason for the long waits is because our hospitals dont work on a first come first serve basis, they deal with the people who are closest to death first. Like, when I was a kid I fell down some stairs, cracked my head open and was severely concussed. Bleeding all over the place, couldn't remember my name or any of my family, the whole nine yards. I was put into a hospital bed/room and looked at by doctors within minutes of walking through the front doors of the grace, this was on new years eve, so obviously the hospital was insanely busy.
