I don't think the manager is right for it. Leeds should have stuck with Monk.

None of those are bad players, but there is something about Leeds that brings out the worst qualities in a player. They've had three managers get it right - Revie, Wilkinson and O'Leary. They have terrified the players into performing and protected them from the media.

Monk could have done that. He had it in him. Maybe the new guy will do alright but it's a nightmare club and Monk seemed to have a good grip on it.

Even the backroom staff are psychos.
