Today there was a meeting between Roma’s Sporting Director Monchi and the agent of Nainggolan, Beltrami for the extension of the Belgian. The request is for 4 million of euros (bonuses not included). Towards the end of this week, at the last Sunday, there could be a meeting that would include Nainggolan, in order to reach an agreement where his contract will be renewed and that would make him a Romanista for even a longer period of time.

If he does go to Milan one of the rumors was Romagnoli coming back the other way, sure Milan would get a way better team for 2-3 seasons, but let's not forget Bonucci is 30. Juve also have one of the smartest transfer teams on the planet and year in and out get better regardless of what they are hit with.

Do I want Bonucci to stay? Of course I do, but I am fully confident Juve will be a better team next season even if he gets sold. It's about time Rugani starts anyway, he needs to consistently be playing game in and game out because he shows flashes of a truly world class center back and just needs some consistency. Bonucci doesn't win AC Milan the title, it's just more of everybody thinking every year Juve will crumble. This team finally has some tactical depth once they add a midfielder and that's scary considering they already have the most top end talent by far.

Juve have the most talented team by a decent amount still. Roma and Napoli need to get bounced out of the CL during the groups and not care about the Europa league to have a chance. Milan needs to get bounced from the Europa and hope Montela doesn't fuck this up. Juve needs to make another DEEP finals run and deal with injuries. IF all that happens then maybe Juve don't win.
