Can someone explain how online betting works. For example the odds for the rounds of the mcgregor fight are +1600 for either opponent on bodog. So couldn't I pick either fighter to win and still be ahead?? I know I'm wrong and definitely missing something just want some clarification as I'd like to bet on the fight.

Most sites should have the option to change to decimal odds which are easier. For example odds of 1.2 returns 1.2x your stake.
