Englands BPL teams losing 876 thousand a day? Impact?

Hard to say what will happen.
Premier League looks like drowning in money, but its clubs are doing the worst deals possible, like buying LUKAKU £75m. It would have been unbelievable 5 years ago.
Now you must take apart its big clubs, which are brands themselves, and sell fuckload of shirts (Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool), high value clubs (Tottenham, Man City, Leicester) and minors which are barely known (every other club)
Big clubs will likely survive no matter what, high value clubs are fragile and must not overspend, and minor clubs can get relegated quickly and get broke
Now they get money from TV deals. It is known that less and less people watch TV in rich countries, everybody stream.
Add to this the Brexit, and uncertainty for players about their wages. What if tomorrow major players quit Arsenal (Ozil, Sanchez, etc.) because they can get more money in EU?
