You mean clockwise. They already have 2 road courses on the schedule and possibly as many as 4 next year.

While the question and intention make no sense, I'll answer it anyway because I'm an easily baited autistic. The biggest problem would be the way most pit roads are set up. That would be the biggest stumbling block. They are only set up to enter from a counter clockwise direction. Otherwise just set the car up in reverse (right side settings on the left and vice versa).

The racing would be turrible tho.
