Also, take pitches, gj Walktana
what determines if Perez or Gomez is behind the plate?
>>76832532
His pull percentage (on balls put in play) is actually down a bit from last year. The problem that is soft contact rate as exploded and his hard contact has plummeted. (Axis for graph is league average)
Are the Astros the only good team this year?
Only we did good against them.
>>76832851
VAN BURKLEOOOOOO
>>76832851
Made a mistake in my spreadsheet, so here's a corrected graph.
>>76832888
Dodgers look good
DBacks and Nationals have teams that could make a run
Cubs will sneak in and be a hard out
>>76832888
I think the Royals did too. But yes the Astros are the only complete team that's for real.
>>76832927
The Dodgers have the same record and a better run differential.
>>76832923
Dodgers pitching is suspect. Nats need relief bad. Cubs are washed up but yeah they'll probably make a run in the end and take the division from the Brewers.
Nats are probably the biggest threat and Dbacks are the biggest sleeper threat. But Astros imo are the shoe-in.
>>76832923
>>76832927
What do you guys think our chances are this year for reaching the american league final?
>>76833065
Not good. It should be a sure thing but the league made adjustments to the Indians, who haven't responded. The division is absolutely horrible, so >we still might win it but even that is up in the air.
>no response at all
Exhibit A
>>76833065
im pretty cynical when it comes to Cleveland sports so i'd say pretty low
>>76833105
>we still might win it but even that is up in the air.
>losing to the Twins
never
>>76833117
:(
>>76833065
Playoffs are a crapshoot. The team has underperformed its peripherals thus far by about 4 games. Tribe has the worst BABIP (.228) and the 8th worst BABIP against (.327) in high leverage PAs in MLB. Both of those numbers *SHOULD* regress to the mean (especially for the offense). The odds remain okay.
For what it's worth, Fangraphs gives them a a 53.1% of making the ALCS, which seems insane.
>>76833191
Bruh the Twins will put all efforts into only being good against >us and they're not bad this year. Are they for real? No, but neither is the Tribe.
Klubinator absolutely FILTHY
>>76832108
>mfw my prediction turns out to be dead on
THE DOCTOR IS IN
