I just hope he improves because he's not that slow, he's got 20 Determination, decent technique, first touch, flair and OTB and work rate. Shame about his poor finishing and composure. No. Jumping Reach is the same for everyone. 20 means you have springs under your feet, 1 that you're terrible in the air. SI had to clarify that because the attribute was called "Jumping", they added "Reach" to make it clearer. Taller players tend to have better JR, smaller players tend to have worse JR. But I can tell you that I had 180cm (5' 11") regen keepers with 15+ JR. And vice-versa: I can't count all the 188+cm (6' 2") who couldn't do shit in the air with their terrible JR and who wouldn't get better at it even with years of training. Obviously being good in the air has got to do with more than JR, but the JR attribute is the same for everyone and is NOT relative.

Anyway, good Heading works if you have good movement and anticipation, else Falcao wouldn't score so much on crossing.

Some mental attributes will also increase over time if the player remains at a high morale rating, so that they can go from professional to model professional over time. Killer balls aren't necessarily through balls. They're more risky passes that can unlock the defence. By definition, they're going to be fairly rare; up to you if you want your player to attempt retarded stuff 99% of the time for the 1% chance it will destroy the defence.

Which is why I said that "Dictates Tempo" is redundant. He's going to try that just a lot more often that he would've considering his position, role and duty. So as a playmaking role, he'll be doing almost nothing but that.

still though, even if you exclude the glory years, we're the most dominant team even in the last ten years.

The key was that we had a SAF level manager who was capable of turning teams into champions in record time. Once he left us in the 80s over some disagreement joined a second tier team and won back to back titles before coming back.

He turned a decent top tier side into a top 20 team in the league, the financial benefits are still felt today. Even through terrible managers, the financial differences are still felt, with us having a 30% larger budget than the second biggest, molde.

In the Belgian 2nd division, there are 8 teams, each team plays the other team 4 times (28 games) in the regular season. The top two teams after 28 games play a 2-legged promotion playoff, the winner is the champion and goes to first division.
The promotion playoff losing team + 3rd and 4th place of the 2nd division get put in a pot to play for a Europa League ticket along with the 7-15th placed teams from the 1st division. They both form 2 groups of 6, play eachother 10 times, and the winner of each group plays a europa playoff game against eachother, then the winner of that playoff plays a playoff game against the 4th or 5th team from the top 6 group in the first division after they played their 10-game playoff to decide the first division champion. the winner of that europe playoff goes to the europa league. the bottom four of the 2nd division also play a 6-game playoff to decide who gets relegated. so i think it's a lot more logical than scotland
