Ok, so I was looking into whether or not we have a chance and here's the situation.

If Czech Republic wins or ties vs Denmark, and we beat Germany we are in the second place.

If, however, Czech Republic were to lose vs Denmark the 2nd place would be a bit more tricky. We would need to win against Germany by 2 goals or more in order to have an even goal difference in the 3 way tie-breaking table.

After that though, we would still not be guaranteed to advance to the next round, as only one of the three 2nd placed teams gets to advance.

If we were to beat Germany we'd reach 6 points, and the only other two teams that could also reach 6 points are Slovakia and Portugal, who at the moment have the same number of points, goals for and goals against as us.

So basically we'd have to beat Germany by a greater number of goals than either Slovakia or Portugal beat their respective opponents.
