move all the video games threads to /vg/

The format could be kept similar to how it is now, where people post another thread every 500 posts and those threads would just be marked as generals when posted, either by the user or by janitors or mods if they fail to, and be hidden, or we could allow one perma stickied thread per general with a rolling 500 post limit. We would have to discuss in the meta threads which threads deserve perma sticky status, so it's kind of authoritarian but it's an option.
