Depends on how quickly you've got cash coming in. And what portion of that inflow is actually gate receipts.

Basically, if you've got a lot of cash coming in you may as well invest in the stadium.

If you don't, you're better off keeping the slow and steady until you've got enough to cushion any fuck-ups.
