I think 213, 214, 215, and possibly 216 will all be monster cards though. either way, I'm pleased with what we've gotten so far. 211 was very solid and there have been a huge amount of fun fights. unless you are a part of the UFC (if you are hit me up with a job senpai) then why do you care so much about who gets who? Bellator has a better platform for developing green prospects since UFC expects you to fight at an already decent level. Bellator can give feed them a steady diet of cans for at least a couple years.

UFC still has a ton of prospects but they tend to be more refined by the time they get there.

Guys like Zabit and Tom Duquesnoy are considered prospects in UFC but would be in title contention in Bellator.

This is definitely a threat, though I imagine Conor's TDD has gotten pretty good since 189. He did well defending against Nate's takedowns in their rematch, although Frankie is of course on a different level with his timing and speed and chain wrestling. Definitely an area he should try to take advantage of.

With that said, Conor is longer, stronger, excellent at outboxing since Nate whooped his ass, and has certainly learned to pace himself against relentless machines (and will only have improved at that since 202). Plus, he heemed another guy who's known to have an iron chin in Eddie without getting overeager, and he also dropped Nate on his ass a few times, who probably has 40lbs on Frankie come fight night and likely a superior chin (Frankie has been rocked many times, similarly to Eddie, and has shown excellent recovery; Nate's only been rocked once and it led to a TKO, but it also dented Thomson's chin).

I don't see Frankie being very successful with his timing due to how Conor sets up his shots through feints and slowly measuring distance with his right hand. He picks his shots very carefully and has given himself enough space in his last few fights to have some sort of defensive answer to whatever his opponent may try to initiate or counter with.

I think Conor would be the one to crack that chin for good. With that said, I definitely can see Frankie winning it with perfectly-timed takedowns and brutal GNP that kills Conor's still-questionable gas tank, especially if he's not the one controlling the pace (Nate controlled the pace often enough, but was never the takedown threat Frankie is).

All in all, I'd have it like 85/15 Conor, but I can definitely see the argument for 50/50. I cannot see Frankie as the reasonable favorite, though.
