Why is there always scandal the year they win?

There isn't always a scandal. There have been two scandals for 5 rings.

>Scandal #1: "Spygate". The NFL sent out an unofficial memo telling teams "hey, you can film, but please don't film from this spot", Belichick didn't care and kept filming from the same sport, somehow this is a rule violation and cheating

>Scandal #2: "Deflategate", Brady allegedly asking for balls to have a certain air pressure, which is something that every QB does
