OVG says they are on track to begin construction in 2019, which likely means a team won't be able to play until 2021, unless the NHL group buys the Coyotes. even then, they would need to play in a 9,000 max capacity stadium in Everett while the upgrade is happening.

Also, today Bettman said that the OVG Arena plan works for the NHL.
