If he joins another team and takes them to the playoffs a couple times while being the main guy in the future, sure. He's probably the second most prolific 3-pt shooter of this era, but he needs to show he can support a team imo.

He's the best pure 2 guard in the game. No one else can play off ball like he does and drop 30 a game consistently, while also being a very good defender.

he's more HOF material than Green famalam. He's defense is always there even when his shot isn't. When he finds his shot though he can literally fucking score 60 in less than 30 minutes. Green doesnt have that. He even had a chance to get a Quadruple-double and couldnt even score 10

If Harrison Barnes as a 4th option on the Warriors can go to the Mavs and suddenly become a borderline all-star, Klay would tear shit up as the #1 guy.

He's the Pippen to Curry's Jordan.
He can step up and play hot, even when Curry is having a bad day and he can defend better than Curry, but he'll always be just second fiddle. Having Curry or Durant on the court taking attention away from him is how he shines.
If you take them away and have teams focus their best on him, he'll still score, but not near as efficiently as he can with two other superstars to draw the attention.
